Our Philosophy

We believe that the best arrangement between the strata property manager and the strata council is something very similar to a partnership.  This is a partnership in which we work together, with Blueprint supporting the strata council in carrying out the business of the strata corporation.

We also believe that your strata corporation is a business as well as a community, and both of those aspects need to be addressed at all times.  That means understandable financial statements, which say something to the reader and add to the decision making process for the strata council.  It also means due process in dealing with complaints regarding bylaw and rule violations:  both sides get a chance to provide input before a decision is made.
